ASSORTED NOTES
No 11:30 practice. 6 & unders going to leagues will practice at 10:45. All other League Championship swimmers will go to their regular practice time. Fri/Sat League Champs warmup: 7:30AM for morning events; 3:55PM for evening events. Arrive 20 minutes beforehand please.
BANQUET & SILENT AUCTION - July 22, 2009 5:30 PM
Donate Silent Auction Items on Wednesday, July 22. Please place all items in clear plastic wrap or a clear trash bag. Items will be collected from 8am to noon, during practice. Items will be accepted at the door, if necessary, before the start of the auction.
Examples: Services, Toys, Tools, Tickets, Trinkets, Garden Supplies, Back to School Supplies, Books, Art Work, Gift certificates, etc… No Used Items Please.
Dinner - Backyard Barbeque
Each Family is asked to bring a dessert to share. Please RSVP to Laurie Hay by July 17th by email or
call 610-429-0107. Additional help would be greatly appreciated. Please look for the sign up sheet.
Slide Show
Tracie Hill has generously offered to create a slide show for our banquet. Seeing all the smiling faces is my favorite part of the banquet. If you have any pictures, or take any pictures at mini or first champs (which we need) please send them to
trachill@verizon.net to be included in the slide show. Wait ‘til you see it – it’s fabulous.
Rainout Information If there is thunder and lightning, swimming will stop for 30 minutes. If it is a deluge of rain, swimming will stop because of safety. If it is just raining, practice will be held. The coaches trust you will use your best judgment given the situation. If you have pictures for the website, please
